Process for validating the formula required for computing steel bar weight

This construction video will show you the detailed process on how to validate the formula that is used for calculating the weight of a mild steel bar.

Here, two types of formulas are used :-

W = D2 / 162.196 -à Kg/m
Here D denotes diameter and it’s measurement is taken in mm
W = D2 /52.9 -à Kg/ft

Here, diameter is taken in S
