Folsom Labs introduces HelioScope. It is a web based incorporated photovoltaic Design tool that consists of all the features of PVSyst and contains the design functionality of AutoCad. The software facilitates the designers to perform a complete a design through a single package.
In order to apply HelioScope, the users put the location’s address; choose the roof vicinity for the array, indicates a PV module and selects an inverter model. The users can also utilize Google Earth for discovering the location and import its 3D layout into SketchUp. Depending on that 3D model, HelioScope will carry out its shading examination. By applying this technique, one will be able to perform an absolute site appraisal and design prior to formation of the actual property.
Besides providing a suggested PV panel layout, HelioScope offers a comprehensive wiring diagram along with the proper positioning of panels, inverters, and other equipment. It then generates a complete bill of materials.
