How to calculate any sleel pipe

This construction video tutorial provides some useful guidelines to work out weight of any steel pipe. By watching this video, you will be familiar with formula and sample calculation method.

The formula used for this process is Weight (kg) = Volume x Density Of Pipe Material.

The following formula is used for CS Pipe :-

Weight (kg) = π/4000 x (OD2 – ID2) x L x 7.85

Density of CS Pipe = 7.85 g/cm3 (approx.)
