Project Coordinator/Estimator in Colorado

Aerotek is seeking a Project Coordinator/Sales Estimator with estimating and sales experience to work out of the Lakewood office. Candidate will be on the phone interacting with the sales team and customers on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• An ideal candidate must be major organized and have exceptional documentation skills.
• Candidate must be outgoing and very good with at customer interaction, interaction with suppliers and architects.
• Candidate needs to have a basic understanding of how to read blueprints and specifications.
• Should be proficient with Word and Excel.
• Candidate must be friendly and able to communicate well with others. They will be supporting a team of 3 sales people and 3 estimators.

Initially there will be little estimating and more interaction and coordination with the sales team. Basic knowledge of take offs, and cost/profit are required.

CAD skills and ability to conceptualize from 2D to 3D drawings are preffered.
