The following items are preferred:

• Custom residential construction experience
• Strong time management skills
• 10 plus years of residential construction experience
• Knowledgeable in quality workmanship in the construction industry
• Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Manager, Word, Outlook and Excel
• Proficiency in ScketchUp is strongly preferred
• Plan reading and estimating experience
• Flexibility to work an ever-changing work schedule
