Components 3D Warehouse

In this exclusive sketchup video tutorial, detail information is given on some useful sketchup plugins which can be applied for creating superior architectural design.

Joint push pull - This sketchup plugin is used to extrude faces with several tools which range from normal, vector, joint, extrude, round and follow.

Round corner - This sketchup plugin accomplishes the rounding of the edges and corners of 3D shapes along a 2D profile in 3 modes like round corners, sharp corners and bevel.

RoundCorner also supports concave corners (always rendered as Round) and non-orthogonal edge faces. Corners contains 2, 3, or more edges.

Weld - Choose numerous connected (containing common endpoints) edges, curves as well as arcs, then apply the weld tool to unite them into a single polyline.

Curviloft - Curviloft is a script created for Loft and Skinning. It is used to generate surfaces from contours.

Loft by Spline - Attach individual contours, open or closed, with smooth splines.

Loft along Path - Connects contours, along a prearranged rail curve.

Skinning - Make surfaces surrounded by 4 or 3 contiguous contours.

Eneroth Flatten To Plane - Flatten chosen geometry to horizontal plane. It is best suited for purging imported DWGs where lines may contain various Z coordinates on what should be contained in a 2D drawing.

Artisan - Artisan is a sketchUp extension supported with powerful organic modeling tools. The designer can use this plugin to produce the followings :-

Terrain, Furniture, Characters, Abstract Sculptures, Fabric, curtains, and pillows, Rocks, tree trunks, and plants

ClothWorks - It is a cloth simulation extension for SketchUp that can be used for draping cloth and wires over components of different shapes and sizes as well as for simulating curtains and flags.
